Nice talking point, @wutrain. You know real, systemic change starts at home. Here in Boston, @BostonPlans has held up @RoxburyPrepCS's plans for a new high school for Black& Brown kids in Roslindale (your backyard!) for 550+ days. Where do you stand on that? #BeCourageous
This election, we proved that nothing will stop us from saving our democracy. Electing @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris is just the first step: now we have a responsibility to deliver real, systemic change.
We agree! We also have a lot of work to do here in Boston to end systemic racism. You can start us on that road by allowing @RoxburyPrepCS plans for a new high school for Black and Brown kids to be placed on the @BostonPlans agenda. 550+ days and counting without an explanation.
We have a lot of work to do to heal our nation. We have to work to end systemic racism. We have to work to provide equitable opportunity. We have to work to provide more affordable housing, and create good jobs, and improve our public transit, and fight climate change.
